Michelle Vincent - Recruitment Consultant

What is your background?

I have three years’ experience working within recruitment. I have previously worked on the IT Support and ERP market, within Higher Education.

Why did you choose Ntrinsic?

I chose Ntrinsic as I had a former colleague who spoke highly of the company and culture. After doing my research and speaking to Peter Rainbow, the team manager, I knew it was the right decision for my career.

Why have you made a career industry change?

Having built experience within a particular market, I wanted to advance my career by exploring wider opportunities within a more specialist IT business.

What’s your favourite film?

Grease or Mamma Mia.

How do you pass time outside of work?

Socialising with friends, planning my wedding and going to the gym.

You have two celebrities to invite for dinner – who would they be?

Jim Carrey and Sir Alex Ferguson.

What’s the best country you have ever visited? Would you go back?

Spain – in particular Galicia. Yes I would go back!
