Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Saviynt IGA Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of identity governance solutions using Saviynt EIC. This role will focus on delivering enterprise-wide identity access management controls, integrating with ServiceNow, managing privileged access, and ensuring compliance with industry standards like SOX and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Identity Governance use cases within Saviynt EIC, covering both privileged and standard user access.
Define and implement role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access models for enterprise applications.
Configure Access Request Workflows for various user types, applying conditional logic and multi-level approvals, integrating with ServiceNow.
Develop and manage Access Review Campaigns for users, entitlements, applications, and roles, including workflows for privileged users.
Conduct advanced entitlement and role modelling, mapping business roles to technical entitlements and privileged functions.
Define and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesets, including risk mitigation and exception handling strategies.
Collaborate with application teams to onboard applications into Saviynt, including disconnected applications, assessing JML, SoD, entitlement, and governance requirements.
Manage identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), execute reconciliation jobs, and validate provisioning workflows.
Produce and maintain compliance-ready audit reports and dashboards aligned to SOX, GDPR, and internal policy standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong, hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC in an implementation-focused role.
In-depth understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including access certifications, JML, SoD, and entitlement governance.
Proven experience in access modelling, workflow design, application onboarding, and access review campaign management within Saviynt.
Proficient in Saviynt features: identity lifecycle events, entitlement types, campaigns, risk scoring, and analytics.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, and their identity governance implications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business owners, compliance, and application teams.
Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure AD, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
Experience writing technical documentation including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and implementation plans.
Practical experience integrating ServiceNow with Saviynt.
Relevant Saviynt certifications (e.g., SCIP, SCAIP) are highly desirable.
