Product Analyst

Product Analyst is required for a leading payments company in the Financial Services space in a hybrid working opportunity in the City of London. As Product Analyst you will take ownership of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) in development, ensuring visibility for internal and external stakeholders as well as being accountable for tracking and identifying new PRDs across group companies, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
As Product Analyst you will be instrumental when PRD’s are written ensuring they meet compliance and regulatory expectations. The Product Analyst will collaborate with teams in Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure all product changes meet regulatory requirements by facilitating the timely review and sign-off of PRDs. Across the month you will represent the Product Team reporting on the PRD status to the Change Board and other internal teams ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and potential risks.
Additional focuses will include monitoring third-party vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with contractual agreements. Tracking and assess vendor deliverables, SLAs and key performance indicators(KPIs), escalating issues where necessary as well as attending regular meetings with third-party vendors, documenting key updates and reporting any new changes to the Product Director.

Product Analyst profile required
- At least 5 years experience in Product Analysis / Management.
- Has a good understanding of the technical fundamentals behind product delivery.
- Experiences working in Financial Services is essential to be considered.
- Excellent inter-personal skills in presentation and accomplished abilities in influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- If you happen to have domain experiences in the payments space specifically that would be most welcome but by no means a pre-requisite to be considered.
- Good academic background with either Computer Science or similar; Microsoft certifications are not expected but beneficial.
Product Analyst contract details include.
Start date: ASAP.
Contract: PAYE contract until December 2025.
Pay rate: Up to £45.74 p/h - £343 per day.
Days onsite: Hybrid, 2 days onsite.
Location: London
