Over the past three years as a senior consultant in business development and relationship management within the recruitment industry, I've witnessed first-hand the transformative power of effective talent acquisition strategies. My aim is to help organisations optimise their talent acquisition strategies and develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.  

Aligning the right people to a company or job can be tricky, but that’s where I come in! I spend a lot of my time fostering both new and long-term relationships with my customers to truly understand the root of their demand. By immersing myself in their needs, I can better match them with the ideal candidates, creating a win-win for everyone involved.

There are plenty of ways to adopt and nurture these relationships. Interestingly, my hobbies outside of work — watching football and playing golf — play a significant role in this process.
